Comments or Complaints?

We take our responsibilities as a service very seriously and maintain very good relationships with our patients.  However, there may be occasions on which you are not happy with the service or have other comments and wish to bring this to our attention.

If you have informal feedback, you are welcome to tell one of our reception staff and they will pass on the information to the appropriate member of the Practice Management team.

If you would like to make a more formal complaint, there is a form available in reception that you may complete, or alternatively you may write to us formally.  We aim reply to all complaints within the specified NHS timescales and we will always aim to resolve any issues promptly and amicably.  

If you have an urgent complaint that may affect the clinical status of a patient you may call the surgery on 01628626131 and ask for a GP Partner or the Practice Manager, but we would encourage complaints to be made in writing unless they are very urgent so that the issues can be considered and responded to properly.
